Day 1 of the Irish Champions Festival takes place at Leopardstown on Saturday, 12 September, featuring five Group races, including the Royal Bahrain Irish Champion Stakes. This prestigious contest is one of the richest races in Ireland and is consistently ranked among the very best Flat races in the world. Previous champions include Auguste Rodin, Magical, Golden Horn, Sea The Stars and Delacroix.

Tickets will go on sale in April 2026.
